Insurance and Billing

Our Policies and Accepted Plans

As a courtesy to our patients, Spine & Sports Physiatrists files all primary insurance claims. Most claims are filed electronically. Patients can expect to receive notification from their insurance within 15 to 30 days. We request payment be made after 30 days. We also accept the following insurance plans...

Spine & Sports Medicine Fellowship

Director: Lawrence W. Frank, MD

Spine & Sports Physiatrists is offering a fellowship for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residents as a PGY-5 position starting in July 2010. The fellowship is a one year position with extended training in spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation medicine. The emphasis is on fine-tuning clinical diagnostic skills and application of diagnosis-specific rehabilitation treatments for musculoskeletal conditions.
